Our well-trained team carefully prepares your order by selecting the freshest items available in-store. All orders are prepared and packaged as close as possible to the time of delivery to ensure freshness and quality.
Our team takes pride in preparing your custom grocery box by making sure that all of your items are carefully protected and packaged in a temperature controlled box. We also ensure that there is no cross-contamination by carefully separating items based on their category and temperature needs.
We reserve the right to drop your groceries at your door if you are not home. Due to the nature of this service, we cannot take back items that weren’t delivered because you were away.
By choosing the delivery method, please ensure that you are available to receive your custom grocery box on the specified day and time window. We will leave the box at the main entrance if you are not home when our delivery driver attempts to deliver it to you.
All deliveries are scheduled between 430-630pm on the scheduled day of delivery (Tuesday or Thursday)
Not home but still want to use our delivery service?
If you know that you’ll be away and still want to use the delivery service, you can give instructions for a safe drop-off spot at your house (back door, porch, etc) in the order notes at checkout.
At this time, we do not offer delivery for sushi. Due to the nature of our delivery service, we cannot ensure the same quality and taste that you’ve come accustomed to with a twice a week delivery service.

Mother nature can make things difficult for our delivery team on certain days.
As always, safety is our top priority and we will always make sure that orders are sent out for delivery in safe conditions. If your delivery is scheduled on a day where there are unfavourable weather conditions (snow, ice, heavy winds or rain) and we need to reschedule, our team will contact you as soon as possible on the day that your order is scheduled to be delivered.

*Please keep in mind that there may be some delays on orders when there are major accidents, traffic jams, road closures due to construction, power outages and other related issues.
We will always do our absolute best to deliver your groceries during the time window, but please be understanding if your order is affected by hazardous driving conditions.

You can change or modify your delivery address up to one day before the scheduled delivery day by contacting us directly at (506)852-3663.
If you no longer require the delivery service, you will be charged a $25 restocking fee + $10 delivery fee if your order is cancelled no later than 10am on the same day that your items will be delivered. After 10am, no refund will be issued.
Orders placed before 12am today will be available tomorrow at 4pm. Pick your location and let us do the work for you!
