Simply browse our categories, select your items and pay, it’s that easy! Once we receive your order, our team will take care of picking the freshest items available in-store. We currently offer next day pickup and deliver twice a week on all orders.
We do our best to provide a fast & easy process when ordering online. At the moment, we only offer “next day” pickup at 4pm on all orders placed before 12am today.
If we fulfill your order quicker, we will contact you by phone or by email to notify you that your order is ready earlier than expected.
We also guarantee the same quality and freshness that you’d expect from “next pickup” if your order is ready earlier than expected.
Starting March 12, we will be offering delivery twice a week on all orders placed online (some products are excluded).

Tuesday & Thursday between 430-630pm.
Orders placed anytime between Thursday (12:01am) and Sunday (11:59pm) will be delivered to your location of choice on Tuesday between 430-630pm.
Orders placed anytime between Monday (12:01am) and Wednesday (11:59pm) will be delivered to your location of choice on Thursday between 430-630pm.
Any item that requires a temperature-controlled environment is stored in its respective area until you pick up your order. For example, items that require chilling until your arrival are placed in our cold room and under your name until you pick them up. This ensures that your items are in perfect condition. We’re very passionate about food, so don’t be surprised when you arrive and you always have the highest quality items.
When delivered, your items are stored in a temperature controlled box containing the necessary protection and packaging to ensure that your items arrive safely and remain fresh.
Whether you’re looking for hot or cold items, shopping for your groceries online is like being in-store, but we do the precise, surgical work for you 🙂
In the near future, delivery will be available with a small fee.
In cases where you’re buying items that have been priced based on weight (fruits, vegetables, meats), the final “single order” quantity that you received may be slightly different than our “approximate single order” quantity. But don’t worry, we’ll never be more/less than a few grams off.
This means that your final price will always reflect the amount that you picked up and received. We will never charge you unfairly and it will always be based on the amount received based on our price per weight.
Rest assured, this is only for exceptions and we always do our best to deliver the exact product in the exact dimensions specified on our website.
Example: John Doe places 1 order of chicken breasts at a price of $3.00/lb. 1 order of chicken this week is 2.91lb (approximately). When John picks up his chicken, the portion he picked up was 2.89lb. The price would reflect 2.89lb and not 2.91lb and the final amount charged on the card would be slightly less than the amount initially charged for the bigger portion (or vice versa with a slightly bigger piece).
Our goal is to continuously grow our online product database, but if there’s a specific item that you would like to purchase and can’t find it online at this time, please give us a call us and let us know ahead of time so we can include specific items on your order.
As we continue to grow and expand, more items will be available online because our goal is to provide you with the same experience in both our online and physical storefront.
If you wish to browse our shelves when you come in, feel free to do so! Our friendly staff can guide you towards new products, or they can help you find products that weren’t available online.
If you simply wish to “pick-up and go”, your order will be ready and waiting for you at the time indicated on your invoice. Simply give you name or show your invoice and we will grab your order for you, simple as that!
We’re committed to providing you with the best items available in-store. If you find something wrong with an item that you ordered online, please call us immediately and let us know!
