As we look back at 2018, we are insanely thankful for those who have continued to support us by attending our numerous events, shopping at our grocery store week after week, or those who have joined us for food and drinks at our restaurant and the rooftop. We’re also grateful for some valuable lessons that will help us improve as individuals and as a business going forward. We’ve had some up and downs, some good days and bad days, but none of this has negatively impacted our will to better ourselves on every level. As a business who has always been entirely committed to improving its community, we have come the conclusion that we needed to improve some key areas in 2019.
Significant changes to our operations were deemed “required” so that we can continue to focus on the things we excel at. these improvements will also polish some areas that needed to be addressed so that we can better serve you, our valued client, in 2019 and beyond.
Restructuring 2nd Floor at Dolma Food
We will continue to host events on a weekly basis such as beer tastings, wine tastings, liquor tastings, cooking classes and “foodie” related events. Our first run of events in 2018 has been well received, and we will continue to improve these events based on the feedback that attendees have provided.
We will improve our events by adding a special set menu to accommodate those who are joining us for the “complete” Dolma experience. More details will follow when we release our calendar of events.
We will continue to host chefs from other restaurants that will prepare special menus for “one-night-only” events. We will be looking to host a minimum of 1-2 special nights per month.
We will continue to accommodate large groups or organizations looking to rent our space for their events and will provide catering to these groups when needed.
We will continue to provide lunch, dinner and brunch at our Dolma Café location at 236 St George st.
Expanding our takeout menu and new services at the Dolma Café

The Dolma Café will have a fully licensed bar (date TBA) for those looking to relax and unwind after a long week. Come in, grab a drink and enjoy some sushi with us at our cozy (and improved) location. Details will follow as we are still in the renovation process.
